Our apartments come with hotel-like services and facilities: bathrooms and flats are cleaned twice a week (the service is included in the price). Fluffy bathroom towels and fresh bed linenare provided by the house and changed once a week.

Fit & active: the two of us, Klaudia and Norbert, are personally in charge of keeping you fit by suggesting a varying and engaging sports programme for hikers, mountaineers, climbers, cyclists and families. Plenty of useful insider tips is always on hand.

Cancellation:

Surely you understand that in case of cancellation, late arrival or early departure we have to charge a certain price for your booked apartment. The cancellation conditions apply regardless of whether the rooms are partially or fully sublet. Cancellation is only valid in writing.

For cancellations made up to 30 days before the date of arrival, no additional fee will be charged.
For cancellations within 30 to 3 days prior to arrival, 70% of the total booking will be charged.
For cancellations within 2 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total booking will be charged.
In case of early departure, late arrival or no-show, we will charge a cancellation fee of 100% of the amount paid for the missing days.early departure or late arrival, No-Show the entire accommodation costs

In case of late arrival or early departure we also charge 100% of the booked price.

Tourist tax:

Persons aged 14 years and over have to pay a tourist tax of Euro 2,90 per person per night. This fee is not included in the total price of your stay: it is only payable on departure.
